Asylum Entertainment Ltd. was a UK developer that made games from 1998 to 2003. It was formed in 1998 by four people and grew to a staff of 70 by 2003. It developed a range of games for PSX, N64, GC, PS2, Xbox, and PC.

- 27/01/1998: company no. 03478121 (Legendtool Ltd.) is renamed Asylum Entertainment Ltd.
- 02/12/2003: Asylum goes into voluntary liquidation
